Home Helpers Home Care of Huntington, NY is looking for a full time Orientation Coordinator, Client Liaison to join our administration team (35-40 hours per week).

We are looking for an individual who is a self-stater, learns quickly, and who is able to work on a team in a fast pace environment.
Main Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate initial training and orientation material for all new hires
2. Schedule all new hires for orientation
3. Conduct weekly, in-person, orientations for all new hires (1 to 2 orientations per week; one on one Zoom orientations maybe needed too)
3. Conduct client spot checks for new and existing clients (in home visits and calls to clients to ensure client / caregiver satisfaction) (4-5 spot checks per week)
Note : Other administrative tasks could be requested as needed.
