LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to announce a partnership with a top-tier healthcare organization in Philadelphia, celebrated for its outstanding patient care and groundbreaking medical practices.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The position is a contract-based opportunity, anticipated to span 3-6 months, and requires full-time on-site presence.

Compensation : $28-34 per hour.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately prepare and record journal entries, adhering to GAAP standards.
• Conduct account reconciliations and address any discrepancies promptly.
• Support budget preparation with thorough analysis and reporting.
• Facilitate the creation of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Work collaboratively across departments to maintain precise financial records.
• Aid in audit processes and supply auditors with required documentation.
• Drive enhancements in accounting procedures and systems.

Qualifications :

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Possess at least 3 years of accounting or finance experience, ideally in the healthcare sector.
• Have a solid grasp of GAAP.
• Be skilled in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the capacity to work well with others.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, working both autonomously and as part of a team.

Pay Details : $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
