Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-ID)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team at our Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-ID).
As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to our residents and ensuring their overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and record vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Requirements :
- Current LPN license in the state of insert state
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- CPR certification
