Busy acupuncture / massage clinic seeks multi-tasking front desk receptionist. Job requires a great attitude greeting patients, accuracy with data entry, processing patient payments, scheduling, insurance verification, etc.
Skills needed to be successful are : great communication skills (verbal and written), ability to learn quickly and accurately, calm under pressure, ability to multi-task and ability to work well with others.
We treat a variety of patient types; worker's comp, health insurance, personal injury cases etc. so knowledge of these case types is helpful.
This is a very detailed job that takes a long time to learn before you feel comfortable, this is a long-term position. The shifts vary, however, you must have the ability to open 1-2 mornings a week, close a couple of days per week til 7 / 8 pm and work most Saturdays shifts (approx from 8 : 00-2).
Approximate hours per week are 25-30. If you are not able to accommodate these hours, do not apply. Bilingual Spanish / English is required.
Experience with Eclipse medical software a plus although any medical software experience would be a plus. Salary to be determined based on experience.
