Currently recruiting for a Tier 1 Automotive company located in Michigan. This company is a leading automotive systems and component manufacturer.
This is a great opportunity for a Process Technician. The company is offering a very enticing competitive compensation package with added incentives.
As the Process Technician you will be responsible for running the machinery, quality control of the product, and set-up / change over molds.
The Process Technician plays a sufficient role in the company’s success.
Responsibilities :
- Expert in press startups / shutdowns
- Ability to troubleshoot minor / medium problems
- Set up / program in house robots
- Communicate with the Maintenance team on preventative requests
- Proficient in End of Arm Tooling adjustments to increase the efficiency of part extraction
- Participate in Hilo, Overhead crane, and lockout / tagout
Qualifications :
- 3+ years’ as a Process Technician (Injection Molding definite asset)
- Automotive working experience is preferred
- Participate in Hilo, Overhead crane, and lockout / tagout
- Associates Degree (preferred)
