Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and evaluate the synergy of our Emergency Department.
- Oversee department scheduling, ensuring all shifts are covered.
- Maintain exceptional quality control programs.
- Collaborate effectively to ensure seamless patient care.
- Be an advocate for our commitment to top-notch patient care!
Qualifications :
- Must-haves : BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
- Registered Nurse status.
- BSN is essential.
- Boast of 5+ years of nursing prowess, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
