About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Physical Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Home Health experience preferred License : Active Physical Therapist license required Certifications : Relevant certifications for physical therapy practice Must-Have : - Ability to travel to and provide services in Ray, Clay, Platte, Jackson, and Buchanan counties Job Description : - Provide physical therapy services to clients in their homes- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve patient mobility and function- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued care- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care- Maintain up-to-date records and comply with all regulatory and professional standardsThis position is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Physical Therapist to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and well-being through direct home health care.
