???? The Role : Customer Service / Call Center (Hybrid)In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, entering patient information, verifying insurance, and coordinating medical equipment orders for our Orthotics & Prosthetics department.

What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious call center or phone-based customer service experienceTop-notch communication skills — you’re great with words, whether written or spokenComfortable juggling a multi-line phone system and a company-provided laptop???? What You’ll Be DoingAnswer incoming calls from patients and referral sources in a courteous and professional mannerAccurately input new patient information into the company’s systemVerify insurance coverage, process orders, and obtain necessary physician documentationProvide timely updates to patients and referral sources regarding order status????
