Therapist, Full Time

Provides outpatient behavioral health therapy to clients. The Therapist works in collaboration with other clinical staff and community support providers to provide the high quality integrated services.

Position generally scheduled 40 hours per week. M-F, 8 : 30 am-5pm, occasional evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental health Counseling from accredited educational institution
• Current LMSW, LISW, LMHC or LMFT license with State of Iowa
• Knowledge in crisis intervention techniques and brief therapy
• Clinical experience in evaluation, assessment and multi-axial diagnoses of adolescents and adults in various stages of development cycle
• Ability to work cooperatively with a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge in crisis intervention techniques and brief therapy
• Knowledge and experience in working with diverse populations preferred
