Description
Tasca Auto Group is seeking Part-Time Cashiers / Receptionists to join our successful team at our Arlington Heights, IL and Wheeling, IL locations.
Part-time (job share) is Mon -Fri evening shift from 3 : 30 pm to 8 : 00 pm (close) and alternating / split Saturdays from 8 am to 6 pm (lunch is catered in on Saturdays).

Duties include :
- Answer / transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner to appropriate person / department
- Responsible for handling and balancing cash drawer daily
- Process cash, check and credit card receipts for sales, parts and service departments
- Maintain dealer license plate inventory
- Light filing
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
- Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics
- Professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer and math skills required. CDK experience a PLUS!
- Valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
