As a Security Service Technician, you'll work under the guidance of the Service Delivery Program Manager, dedicated to providing expert troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for low-voltage systems. These systems include, but are not limited to, networking infrastructure, surveillance cameras, servers, NVRs, access control systems, and audio-visual technologies. The role demands a proactive approach, with individuals expected to operate independently, making informed decisions in the field while also ensuring the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will act as an effective intermediary, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery to our top-tier clients.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct safety evaluations and adhere to safe working practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
• Complete service orders with a focus on quality assurance and safety compliance.
• Demonstrate autonomy and decision-making capabilities in the field.
• Provide comprehensive troubleshooting, service, and repair of low-voltage systems across various commercial and enterprise settings.
• Ensure all repairs are tested and aligned with company policies and standards.
• Document all service activities, including notes, photographs, and communications, in a timely and detailed manner.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service after hours.
• Maintain company vehicle in accordance with company guidelines.
• Uphold a professional image and demeanor at all times.
• Offer feedback for service improvement and communicate scheduling concerns effectively.
• Perform additional on-site services as needed.
