Job Requirements
- TX RN license
- AHA BLS
- ONS chemotherapy biotherapy provider card is a requirement
- 2+ years Oncology / Infusion RN experience
- Oncology Assessment
- ONS chemotherapy-biotherapy administration
- Vascular access device management
- Peripheral IV starts
- Charting / Equipment : EPIC (within the last 6 months)
- Alaris IV pump
Schedule Information
- Guaranteed Hours per Week : 40
- Shift Requirements : 8 hr Days - Start 830a or 900a (variable, dependent upon need)

- Unit Overview : Outpatient Clinic Myeloma, Lymphoma and Leukemia
