We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to design, implement, and optimize marketing strategies for our property developments.

You will work closely with our leasing and property management teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive tenant acquisition, brand awareness, and lease-up success across all properties.

This role will focus on enhancing digital presence, improving content strategies, and leveraging various marketing channels to ensure seamless promotion and maximum occupancy.

Your expertise in property marketing and digital advertising will be key to driving performance and ensuring our developments stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Property Lease-Up Campaigns

Develop targeted digital marketing campaigns for property lease-up efforts, focusing on maximizing occupancy rates and attracting qualified tenants.

Content Creation for Property Marketing

Produce high-quality content (videos, blogs, social media posts) tailored to highlight amenities, lifestyle benefits, and unique selling points of Behring Co.’s properties.

Social Media Strategy for Leasing

Manage property-focused social media channels, leveraging platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to engage potential tenants, promote new developments, and foster a strong digital presence for each asset.

Website Optimization for Listings

Optimize property listings on the company website to enhance user experience (UX / UI), improve property search functionality, and increase conversions from visitors to lease applicants.

Local SEO for Property Visibility

Implement localized SEO strategies to improve property visibility in search engines, focusing on neighborhood-specific keywords, leasing information, and local amenities.

Analytics and Reporting for Lease-Up Performance

Utilize analytics tools to measure marketing campaign performance for each property, focusing on metrics like conversion rates, lead generation, and tenant inquiries.

Provide actionable insights to improve leasing outcomes.

Virtual Tours and Video Content

Develop virtual property tours, walkthrough videos, and video content that showcase properties, helping to engage and convert online leads effectively.

Event Marketing for Lease-Up Success

Plan and promote on-site and virtual leasing events, open houses, and property tours to generate interest and foot traffic.

Marketing Support for Property Management Team

Work closely with the leasing and property management teams to align marketing efforts with lease-up timelines and tenant retention goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Optimize, AdWords, Hootsuite, Social Media channels.
  • Knowledge of and interest in Marketing technologies.
  • Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Creative and thorough, a left and right brain thinker.
  • Data driven, understands the importance of KPIs, measurement, tracking and reporting.
  • Team player and collaborator, with a belief in the importance of transparency and sharing.
  • Strong can-do attitude. Ability to pivot as needed.
  • Takes ownership and initiative to drive projects through to completion.
  • Professional demeanor, positive approach, sense of humor.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
