About The Position
Job Title : Social Worker Job Specialty : Social Work Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 9H Days, 8 AM - 5 PM, floating between three locations Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 1 year License : MSW or LCSW with ND Licensure Certifications : BLS Must-Have : - Non-clinical involvement- Ability to travel or conduct tele-visits for additional sister locations Job Description : Serve as a social worker in outpatient settings focusing on renal failure patients in a dialysis center.
- Float between three specified locations, adapting to varying patient volumes and settings.- Participate in 12 hours of orientation, including a week with a preceptor available throughout the assignment.
- Adhere to business casual professional dress code for meetings.- Ensure compliance with the 50-mile radius rule and the policy prohibiting employment with associated facilities.
- Use the EPIC charting system for documentation and case management.- No requirements for weekend or holiday shifts.- Collaborate with the departmental manager and director during scheduled shifts.
