Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician at Shepherd Communication & Security. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on security systems, including security cameras, alarms, access control systems, and networking equipment.

The technician will also assist in troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing alarm systems, surveillance cameras, access control platforms, or similar low-voltage systems.

Shepherd Field Technicians have a reputation for excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
