Role : .NET Lead Developer
- 10+ years of Experience in Development .NET Web Applications, tech stack including , C#, Core .NET, Web API, Angular, SQL Server
- 2+ years Lead Developer experience in effort estimation and technical guidance to team members
- Experience in Agile, especially in SAFe agile framework is preferred.
- Experience in Measuring, Tracking and Reporting Daily, Weekly status in Agile.
- Experience in Production Issues Root Cause Analysis and Performing Preventive Actions.
- Proficiency in understanding the Application Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide creative solutions, leveraging latest technologies wherever is possible.
- Strong customer communication, especially while in handling production issues and engage required stakeholders for resolution.
- Responsible for Application Development in Agile leveraging SAFe agile framework.
- Manage estimation, planning and tracking of User Stories development & completion as required.
