THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
YOUR ROLE :
In this entry-level position, you keep things running smoothly at our hotel and ensure guests have an incredible time staying with us.
Following daily work orders and a structured maintenance program, you take care of our guests' needs and perform quality preventative, corrective, and repair services.
From cleaning the pool and balancing the chemicals to maintaining our landscaping and keeping the building safe, you tackle a variety of duties to keep our guests happy and having fun.
You provide great customer service, practice loss prevention procedures, and jump in to support your team wherever needed!
OUR REQUIREMENTS :
- Knowledge about or experience with physical plant maintenance and protection
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and proof of identity
- Physical ability to frequently walk around, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Customer service mindset
- Willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed
Experience in a similar role would be preferred.
