Major / Essential Functions
- Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Work within protocols laid out in policy documents.
- Working knowledge of accounting.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable process. Responsible for processing and coding of a / p checks.
- Prepare monthly professorship budget reports.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing Deposits and Receipts for Contributions.
- Work with Financial Aid in awarding scholarships.
- Assist with board meetings.
- Help with proctoring law school finals. Staffing external events as needed. Staffing the law school Hooding Ceremony.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Accounting Software (Great Plains).
- Experience with Banner and Cognos.
Occasional Duties
