Our CxD team is looking for a Senior Business Manager to support its mission and ambitions and take our operations to the next level.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a track record for budget and headcount management along with a passion for improving team operations and communications.

This team supports our employees in all locations around the country. This job has the option to be remote or located in one of our hubs.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will partner with design managers, the design operations team, and the Chief of Staff community to develop and carry out business plans, while also helping to manage the team's rhythm of business (ROB).
You’ll also ensure continuous internal business operations in both normal and adverse conditions.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to oversee the creation and implementation of strategy execution plans, while ensuring alignment across functions.
You will also use your understanding of strategy to design upcoming budgets.
- You will provide leadership support by ensuring team activities are aligned with their goals. This will involve building broad relationships that support activities across the business and communicating key leadership priorities.
- You will partner with communications creators to help plan and execute effective communications coming from the design team.
You will monitor organizational health, respond to team culture issues, and promote cultural initiatives. This will involve planning and executing trainings, tracking polls, and ensuring a healthy compliance scorecard.
You will contribute to cross-team projects as needed to meet changing business requirements and manage business needs. You’ll also work on projects for larger areas, especially those requiring hands-on experience.
QualificationsRequired / Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 3+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
