We are currentlylooking for an amazing talent to join our team and seeking amotivated General Manager to lead our studio tosuccess! This position will be based in Elk GroveCalifornia .

Working inpartnership with the Franchise owner and other professional staffthe General Manager will focus on studiomembership sales organizing community support cobranding andbuilding relationships with localbusinesses.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDE :

• Manageand grow all revenue streams including Membership Sales LeadGeneration Retail and TeacherTraining
• Manage staff schedules andsupervise Wellness Advisors andTeachers
• Hire / manage all instructorsat the studio
• Strategically managemarketing campaigns that focus on new client acquisition activationretention and loyalty
• Schedule andparticipate in networking / community events and studiopromotions
• Lead weekly GrassrootsMarketing partnerships to drive new guesttraffic
• Work closely with StudioOwner and National Sales Director to ensure the health andprofitability of the studio
• Socialmedia management of the studio s Instagram & Facebookaccounts

SUCCESSFULCANDIDATES MUSTHAVE :

• Aminimum of two (2) years of retail / service sales or fitness salesexperience
• Provenexperience to generate and followup onleads
• Ability to manage and drivemultiple revenue streams including memberships andretail
• Experience supervising peoplesuccessfully
• Confident in generatingpersonal sales and training Wellness Advisors insales
• Strong customer service skillsand an affinity & passion forfitness
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability toexcel in a fastchanging & diverseenvironment
• Ability to recognizeareas of improvement and make changes using goodjudgment
• High attention to detailand excellent organizationalskills
• Proficiency with computersand studio software
• Ability to workharmoniously with coworkers clients and the generalpublic
• Professional punctualreliable and neat
• Ability to staycalm at all times and act respectfully and professionally even withcustomers who may become angry or raise theirvoices

Successful Candidates Must Have : Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree(DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) from an accreditedschool Current Pennsylvania physical therapy license in goodstanding and all other state-required documentation At least 3years of experience as a Physical Therapist with experience inoutpatient settings preferred At least one year of experiencerunning a clinic preferred Interest in providing both orthopedicand vestibular therapy (pelvic floor is a plus, but not required)Computer literacy and proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 codingprocedures Experience in a fast-paced outpatient clinic preferredBasic business skills and a thorough understanding of the economicsof running a physical therapy clinic BLS-CPR certification Must beeligible to work in the United States-we cannot acceptinternational candidates at this time Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to workwith a wide variety of people Curious and eager to learn
