Salesforce Administrator

LaSalle Network has partnered with a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to community development and empowerment. Due to an urgent need, they are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

This role will play a critical part in managing and optimizing their Salesforce platform to support multiple teams and drive operational efficiency.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week onsite in Dallas, TX.

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain our client's Salesforce instance, serving as the primary point of contact for all platform-related needs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and configure Salesforce to meet business needs
• Upload, integrate and clean data to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce
• Configure custom workflows, validation rules, profiles, permissions and security settings
• Support onboarding and offboarding of users, including managing licensing and permissions
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for specific teams
• Implement deduplication strategies and manage data backup processes
• Streamline and standardize metadata to optimize platform performance and user experience
• Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions to internal staff on Salesforce usage and best practices
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations including Pardot, FormAssembly and Cloudingo
• Experience with nonprofit-specific Salesforce functionalities such as Nonprofit Cloud (NPC / NPSP), Marketing Cloud and Communities Cloud
• Manage and support integration platforms like Classy, FormAssembly and Golden Volunteers

Salesforce Administrator Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on configuration and customization skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data management and governance
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Flexible, adaptable and passionate about using technology to drive organizational success
• Previous experience standing up Salesforce instances is highly preferred
• Experience with HomeKeeper (database for hood counseling sessions) preferred
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Communities Cloud preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionalities and integrations preferred
• Proficiency in deduplication, data cleaning and data migration strategies within Salesforce preferred
• Prior exposure to integration platforms such as Classy, FormAssembly and Golden Volunteers preferred
