You Have :

  • 10+ years of experience defining and executing Human Spaceflight System Engineering and Integration
  • Experience with defining roles and responsibilities and executing integrated hardware tests
  • Experience with Requirements, Interfaces, Verification and Validation of Integrated Systems
  • Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines, vendors, and programs to identify, assess, execute, and evaluate integrated testing, and V&V plans and outcomes
  • Ability to communicate up and out to senior client leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Nice If You Have :

  • Experience in Human Spaceflight Programs including EVA, Life Support, or Human Systems
  • Experience with flight certification of hardware
  • Experience with Systems Engineering tools, including DOORS Next Gen or Magic Draw
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • INCOSE CSEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
