Shift : Days / 7a-7 : 30p, 12x4, 48 hrs per week, will consider 36's

Length : 13 weeks

Call-Ins : If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.

9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.

2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract

Weekends : Travelers are expected to work every other week per their contract. Pending operational needs, consecutive weekends may be needed based on the greatest need

Requirements : IN / Compact license

Minimum 1 year experience

Needs strong Cardiac / Post-op heart experience

Skillset Requirements : Level 1 or Level II Trauma Experience, Telemetry, IV Start, and Cardiac Drips - Titrate

Certification Requirements : ACLS and BCLS

Floating Requirements : Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) with resources provided if needed

Staffing Ratios : 1 : 3-5 Based on Acuity

Unit Information : Post Cardiac Surgery, Post Vascular Surgery - NEEDS STRONG CARDIAC / Post-op heart experience
