The Impact Youll Make in this Role

As a Customer Experience Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by :

• Bringing our customer experience systems to life by using your technical and data skills to integrate data with our CXIS listening and analytics programs
• Solving complex problems by understanding system architecture, and work across a diverse ecosystem to realize solutions to business requirements
• Supporting CXIS deployment projects through participation in cross-functional project teams
• Extracting data from multiple data sources and generating reports
• Investigating, reporting on, and providing solutions for system optimizations
• Performing root cause analysis and reporting out on Production issues
• Drawing business insights from data, synthesizing technical solutions or reports and explaining in simplified terms
• Working as part of Scrum / Agile teams as well as on ad-hoc project delivery and support

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years of business analytics or data analytics experience role in a private, public, government or military environment
• Hands on experience developing solutions with programming languages such as Python, Javascript, XML, SQL, HTML)
• Knowledge of large data warehouse platforms (eg. Snowflake) and integrating into analytic platforms (eg. PowerBI)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

• Preferred degree in CS, MIS, or technology
• Three years of experience working with Medallia or similar customer experience software in a private, public, government or military environment
• Three years of experience working in a client-facing role in a consulting or corporate shared-services team managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Demonstrated experience of learning new skills or platforms quickly (role requires working with data in multiple systems
• Understanding of Scrum / Agile or willingness to learn

Location : Maplewood, MN or will consider remote US work location

Travel : May include up to 10% domestic
