Independence Plus is expanding our specialized home nursing division and we are now hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN).
Our nurses become trained specialists in caring for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home, many with rare diagnoses.
You will learn ventilator skills that will give you an edge for the rest of your career, all while being supported by a dedicated team that wants to see YOU succeed and YOUR patient thrive.

Nurses are PAID for Clinical and Ventilator Training upon completion of 1st independent shift and scheduling of an additional two shifts.

Requirements :
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses
- Current BLS certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
- Complies with professional standards and practice
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills
- Prolonged or considerable ability to : walk and stand; lift fifty (50) pounds, position, and transfer patients; lift supplies and equipment;
ability to reach, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, and twist; visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills
