Director Of Information Technology - Infrastructure And Cybersecurity

We are looking for a Director of Information Technology to support our corporation. This role will work out of our Plymouth, MN location, but we may consider other SJE locations.

The job : As our Director of Information Technology, you will oversee the overall vision, strategy, and leadership of SJE's enterprise infrastructure and information security functions. You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the IT infrastructure while ensuring a robust cybersecurity posture aligned with industry best practices. You will collaborate with the CIO and senior business leaders to ensure that IT systems meet business objectives and security requirements. You will lead a diverse team of technical professionals and manage key vendor relationships to ensure high-performing, secure, and cost-effective IT services across the company.

The skills, education, and experience you need :

• Have a good understanding of technology
• Be familiar with IT Infrastructure and security
• Have managed a team of employees
• Be experienced in setting and managing a budget
• Be proactive, organized and driven
• Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
• Be willing to work in an office setting
• Be willing to travel 25% of the time

A 4-year degree in Business Administration or Computer Technology or equivalent degree and 7-10 years of experience are required.
