Responsibilities :
- Handle hotel reservations, managing inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability.
- Engage with guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience and attending to special requests or concerns.
- Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as required.
