We are looking for a seasoned Angular UI Lead Developer to join our dynamic team of creatives and technologists. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for crafting user-centric applications and a track record of leading successful development teams.

The Role

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and development of complex user interfaces using Angular.
  • Implement modern and responsive UI for the web and a variety of devices.
  • Write high-quality TypeScript and HTML / CSS with a focus on performance and maintainability.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and translate them into user-friendly applications.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, including mentorship and code reviews.
  • Stay up to date with emerging UI technologies and best practices.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within agile methodologies.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Address and remediate any performance issues or bugs.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.

Requirements : You are :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on Angular.
  • Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions) and related tools (e.g., NgRx, RxJS).
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
  • Expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong technical acumen.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
