Key Responsibilities :

A day in the life of a Senior Full Stack Developer at G-P starts with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of product features and working closely with product managers to identify user needs and shape impactful solutions.

You'll drive frontend development, designing intuitive and responsive UI components using React JS, and contribute to hybrid mobile interfaces with React Native.

You will be making key architectural decisions, championing best practices, and ensuring user-centered design. Collaboration with designers, product teams, and AI engineers will be crucial as you innovate and push boundaries to deliver cohesive solutions.

In addition to frontend work, you will occasionally dive into backend services using Python or Go for scalability and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, focusing on serverless technologies and infrastructure as code.

Staying updated on industry trends, evaluating new technologies, and writing technical documentation are routine activities, all while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values grit, innovation, and product-driven results.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in frontend development using React JS or a similar framework.
• Extensive experience with modern frontend technologies including HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript / TypeScript .
• Proficiency in React Native or mobile-first web development; understanding user-centered design principles is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with UI / UX Design , creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
• Competence in backend development with Python or Go is beneficial, but not the primary focus.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, including serverless architectures, Docker, and infrastructure as code.
• Proven track record of building and deploying scalable, production-grade web applications with a focus on the frontend.
• Understanding of modern DevOps practices and tools.
• Ability to balance speed and quality, with ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $152,000 to $190,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location.

This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
