As a Marketing Associate Trainee , you’ll assist in all stages of building and executing promotional campaigns — from brainstorming ideas to launching live events. You’ll work alongside our expert marketing team to bring innovative campaigns to life and help clients grow their brands through exciting, face-to-face marketing initiatives .

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with mentors to design and implement promotional marketing campaigns

Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities

Submit creative ideas for brand activations and experiential marketing events

Engage with consumers, provide product knowledge , and drive brand awareness

Partner with brand ambassadors and marketing teams to maximize exposure

Interact directly with clients and customers in a professional, energetic setting

Support customer service, client acquisition, and campaign implementation

Learn company structure, campaign strategy, and event execution from the ground up

Participate in team development and leadership workshops
