Location : Phoenix, AZ Duties : Manage and mentor a team of paralegals, providing guidance and support in case preparation and management.
Conduct client consultations to discuss treatment options and case strategies.Draft and review demand letters, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation.
Audit case files and reports for compliance and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement.Cultivate and grow a personal book of business, fostering relationships within the community and legal field.
Participate in marketing efforts to promote the firm and attract new clients.Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and best practices to provide informed legal counsel.
Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.Proven ability to manage and mentor legal support staff.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.Experience with case management software and legal research tools.
A book of business and marketing experience are highly desirable.Education : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications : Active Bar license in Texas; licensure in multiple states is a plus.Skills : Proficiency in legal drafting and case management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Knowledgeable in personal injury law and legal best practices.
