Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Manager serves as a pivotal role within the retail wireless organization, overseeing initiatives that impact the field team, retail locations, and customer experience.

This position is responsible for maintaining and updating brand deliverables in alignment with field priorities, while also creating replicable processes to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain 80%+ Brand Standards Assessment in retail locations and manage QA / market visits for training and education.
  • Ensure Boost Policies, Procedures, and retailer contracts align with the current business model, collaborating across departments to improve in-store experiences.
  • Oversee merchandising, including fixture / collateral upkeep, and ensure outdated signage is removed from vacant stores.
  • Work with legal on policy documents, cease-and-desist letters, and unauthorized web usage, ensuring compliance.
  • Identify and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, while improving sales processes and transaction times.
  • Act as a project manager for initiatives impacting retail, field teams, or customer experience, ensuring alignment with field priorities.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or at least four years of related experience and / or training;

or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Ability to travel up to 75% required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with some knowledge of database basics, helpful
  • Ability to define problems, seek and collect insights, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, exceptional analytical skills and ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver results despite challenges
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments and personnel
  • Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials
  • Must be able to handle different situations and tasks with minimal direct oversight from management
  • Experience in the wireless industry is preferred

Salary Ranges

Compensation : $63,150.00 / Year - $90,200.00 / Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies;

compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
