Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Talent Optimization Lead to define and operationalize performance metrics
Maintain dashboards and scorecards for real-time visibility into Talent program outcomes
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and prepare insights for leadership review
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR operations, finance, performance management, or data analytics
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with senior stakeholders
