Position : Sales Representative (Business Development Manager)
Location : Fresno, CA
Compensation : $42,000 - $50,000 per year + Commission + Car Allowance
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Full-time)

Exact Staff is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial individual with a passion for building relationships and helping clients find staffing solutions.
As a Sales Representative, you will establish and develop client accounts, offer staffing services, and maintain client relationships.
This role includes a robust commission structure, ideal for individuals driven by results.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain client accounts in an assigned territory.
- Meet with clients and prospects regularly, assessing potential accounts.
- Address customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Plan and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Communicate new service offerings to clients.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in the staffing industry (preferred).
- Knowledge of staffing / recruiting industry practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to build and manage a book of business.
- Bilingual abilities (a plus).
