  • Observe clients physical, mental and emotional conditions.
  • Report any changes

  • Communicates effectively with Clinical team to increase optimal outcomes

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to utilize computers / tablets and computer software
  • Current state license as an RN or LPN
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
  • Current flu vaccine
  • CPR certified

Centria's clients have a wide variety of shifts; Days, Nights, Weekends, Visits etc. Our client's needs dictate their schedule.
