Your primary responsibilities will include managing access control, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible and approachable presence. You will be the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries and responding to security-related situations as they arise. This position requires a high level of professionalism and communication, as you will interact with a diverse group of individuals throughout your shift. As this is a driving post, a valid driver's license in the job state is required. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.Monitor access to the facility, verify identification, and assist with visitor management processes.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any security-related incidents.Assist with emergency response activities as required, including communicating with appropriate personnel and following emergency procedures.Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors to address inquiries or concerns related to access and security-related matters.Support Allied Universal and client management in maintaining a secure environment at the location by being attentive to unusual activity and reporting observations.What We're Looking For :
