The Role

Our client services team is a key conduit in creating and fostering just that; giving our clients a world class service. As Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, instilling confidence with clear communication and problem-solving, addressing any issues or concerns and maintaining positive relationships.

You’ll be a positive motivator of people, a problem solver and a lateral thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and applying mental agility to projects as well as enjoying the details and being excited about creating great client experiences.

Bringing fresh thinking and energy to every opportunity and client interaction, you’ll become a trusted advisor and partner to all YourStudio clients, helping to foster a sense of confidence.

In doing so, therefore securing more projects from all clients.

• 5+ years account management experience
• Proven client management & account management skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements & goals and identify opportunities to expand on an existing client brief to deliver high impact results.
• Excellent relationship builder, personable, adaptable and proactive.
