Job Overview
A prominent law firm in New York City is seeking a Senior Structured Finance Associate Attorney / Counsel to join its market-leading Structured Finance practice.
This role involves representing issuers and sponsors in residential mortgage and consumer receivable financings, including RMBS, ABS, master repurchase facilities, and warehouse facilities.
Duties
- Represent issuers and sponsors in structured finance transactions.
- Provide legal advice on residential mortgage and consumer receivable financings.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting structured finance.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
- High academic achievement and strong interest in structured finance.
- Admitted to (or eligible for waiver into) the New York or D.C. Bar.
- Prior experience in a peer law firm.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
Certifications
Admission to the New York or D.C. Bar.
