As a Customer Logistics Manager, you will be the principal shop level leader for our Delivered Fresh Daily operations. You will be responsible for managing our Route Service Drivers, order management, loadout coordination, fleet / equipment oversight and local level customer support.

You will report to the Region Customer Logistics Manager, but work closely with our shop General Managers, Market Sales Managers and third-party logistics providers.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

• Primary responsibility is management of the assigned RSR team to include - Hiring, Training, Scheduling, Coaching, discipline, and discharge.
• Accountability for the efficiency, performance, and results of the Delivered Fresh Daily operations at your assigned location.
• Responsible for ensuring all direct reports follow operational processes and procedures.
• You will work directly with your Region Customer Logistics Manager to adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
• Manage Orders and ensure daily systems processes are completed to accurately account for all activity.
• Manage staging and loadout to ensure routes are dispatched and complete.
• Work with 3rd party providers as required to address service concerns or disruptions and develop contingency plans.
• Develop regular cadence to visits and establish customer relationship with store leadership and ensure compliance to execution expectations.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS :

• 6+ years' experience in QSR or retail environment with progressive experience in logistics, fleet management or related responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work all necessary work schedules, including holidays / weekends.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Clean driving record (3 years)
• Able to meet DOT Medical Examiner Card eligibility requirements.
• Travel Requirements : 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
