Responsibilities :
- Manage and nurture inbound leads as part of our specialized Inbound Lead Division.
- Participate in our weekly inside sales training and daily roleplays.
- Attend our weekly in-house meetings every Tuesday.

Requirements :
- A valid Real Estate Agent license.
- Proven track record in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in managing and nurturing inbound leads.
- A strong drive for financial success.
