Job Title : ICU RN - Float PoolJob Summary : We are seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our Float Pool. This position will support critical care needs across multiple units and may include the MTC / Step-Down / PACU for patient holds when necessary.
The ideal candidate will bring a high level of flexibility and clinical expertise to support various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities : Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients across various ICU units.Float between all critical care floors, including MTC, Step-Down, and PACU.
Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation and care management.Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Requirements : Licensure : Current RN license.Certifications : BLS and ACLS required.Experience : Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similarly sized facility within ICU or critical care environments.
EMR Proficiency : Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.Additional Requirements : Minimal time-off requests (RTO).Required to work holidays;
specific RTO dates not permitted : November 27 - November 30December 23 - December 26December 30 - January 2Flexibility to work either : Christmas Eve & Day or New Year’s Eve & Day, andThanksgiving or Black FridayHoliday schedule will be assigned based on unit needs.
