Current unrestricted License DC
- Experienced 1 year in (adult) Acute Care or Mental / Behavioral Health
- Current First Aide / CPR
- CPI (preferred)
- Bilingual English Spanish
- Computer literate, knowledgeable of basic usage Microsoft Word & Excel
- Available Weekdays / 40 hrs week
- Strong communication skills working with ID / DD Adult Day Services.
- Strong verbal communication & organizational skills.
- Outgoing personality, able to easily articulate and communicate with Participants / Family members, Professional case workers, Direct Support Staff and Various Clinicians.
- Self-reliant ability to maintain required health care documentation / records in electronic record system and ensure compliance with DC Health and Wellness standards.
- Provide clinical response to acute health care support as needed. Perform vital signs, FSBG testing, and medication administration as needed.
