Key Responsibilities of the Tax Assistant :
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to request tax exemption forms
- Review submitted forms to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Scan and upload documents into our system
- After 6 months in this role, you'll have the chance to learn about the tax process for sales tax filing.
Minimum Requirements of the Tax Assistant :
- AP / AR experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUP)
- Excellent written communication skills
- No degree required!
