Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-8 years of experience as a Director of Sales, Ecommerce, or similar role
- Experience developing and executing successful branding and sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Highly developed time management, project management, process planning, and organization skills

Responsibilities
- As a member of the leadership team, the Director of eCommerce Sales plays both a strategic and tactical role in managing and driving the company’s eCommerce channel
- As the Director of eCommerce Sales, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s online business to drive traffic, oversee the sales team, optimize revenue and profitability, and ensure that performance targets and KPIs are met
- This includes strategizing, planning, developing, and executing content plans, overseeing promotional materials and campaigns, and monitoring sales team performance, analytics, website traffic, and product performance
- Lead and inspire a dedicated multi-tier team including sales, marketing, and merchandising personnel; providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure sales targets and KPIs are being met or exceeded
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability through effective pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize performance
- Oversee all aspects of website marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing
- Utilize analytic tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and customer insights for data-driven decision-making
- Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, using various channels such as organic search, paid advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing
- Implement growth strategies for demand generation and revenue marketing to drive lead generation from contact to close
- Manage the online catalog and product listings, ensuring effective merchandising, categorization, and organization
- Develop and manage pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness, drive sales, and maximize profitability while adhering to company objectives
- Continuously analyze user behavior and website performance to identify and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and the overall user experience
