As part of our clients long-term strategy for growth in Employee Benefits, you will be tasked with developing and managing a specific geographic territory.
Your main objective will be to establish and nurture meaningful relationships with brokers and other influential individuals in order to expand the distribution of our clients Employee Benefits products and services.
Your primary focus will be on driving and managing sales activity in the Atlanta, Georgia territory.
Primary Responsibilities :
Establish and maintain key broker relationships
Build brand visibility within the assigned territory
Develop a strong sales pipeline
Close Employee Benefits deals
Generate new opportunities and guide them through the sales process
Achieve activity and revenue targets
Conduct sales and product seminars as needed
Manage assigned territory to meet selling objectives
Effectively utilize Group Market Share, MiEdge, and Salesforce data to expand market presence
Develop a plan to achieve case activity targets aligned with core strategy
Job Requirements
Established broker relationships with experience in LTD, STD, and Group Life
Produce satisfactory sales results and submissions of clients products in the assigned territory
Exceptional skill in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships
Advanced ability to develop and execute strategies and business plans
Outstanding presentation and consultative selling skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with prospects
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Life and Health license
Minimum of two to four years of experience in Employee Benefits Sales
