Office Management :

  • Ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine, swiftly resolving any issues related to office equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage all office procurements, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Provide vital administrative support across departments, making sure every staff member's needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Finance Management :

  • Take charge of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Lead payroll processing, including timesheet verification, adjustments, and tax report filings.
  • Oversee all banking activities, from deposits to account reconciliation, ensuring meticulous financial record-keeping.

Human Resources :

  • Be the go-to person for all HR-related inquiries, providing essential support to employees.
  • Own the recruitment process end-to-end, from crafting job postings to conducting background checks and onboarding new hires.
  • Drive employee performance reviews and manage compensation with management's approval, fostering a motivated and productive team.
  • Keep the employee handbook current, ensuring company policies meet the latest regulations and standards.
