Office Management :
- Ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine, swiftly resolving any issues related to office equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage all office procurements, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide vital administrative support across departments, making sure every staff member's needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Finance Management :
- Take charge of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Lead payroll processing, including timesheet verification, adjustments, and tax report filings.
- Oversee all banking activities, from deposits to account reconciliation, ensuring meticulous financial record-keeping.
Human Resources :
- Be the go-to person for all HR-related inquiries, providing essential support to employees.
- Own the recruitment process end-to-end, from crafting job postings to conducting background checks and onboarding new hires.
- Drive employee performance reviews and manage compensation with management's approval, fostering a motivated and productive team.
- Keep the employee handbook current, ensuring company policies meet the latest regulations and standards.
