BCBA Responsibilities : Lead and mentor clinical staff with authority Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and impactful re-assessments for clients Manage a clinically sustainable caseload with finesse Analyze therapy team data, steering treatment decisions with precision Update client goals and treatment plans with a strategic mindset Provide parents with top-notch training and constructive feedback Collaborate seamlessly with other professionals, as needed Compensation & Benefits : Competitive salary ranging from $75,000.
