What You'll Do as Warehouse Operations Manager

Lead with purpose. Manage and develop teams across multiple warehouses to deliver accurate, on-time shipments and top-tier service.

Streamline operations. Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes-reducing waste, improving accuracy, and boosting efficiency.

Drive performance. Set clear goals, track KPIs, and use data to improve productivity, cost control, and safety.

Collaborate across teams. Partner with production, purchasing, and sales to keep supply, demand, and logistics in sync.

Champion safety. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards while promoting a culture where safety always comes first.

Implement improvements. Identify and implement process enhancements that make work easier, faster, and better.

What We're Looking For

7+ years in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations (multi-site experience a plus)

3+ years in a leadership or management role

Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping / receiving, and warehouse safety standards

Analytical and tech-savvy mindset with experience tracking operational KPIs

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people-development skills

A servant leader who builds trust, motivates teams, and leads by example
