3P-3A; Weekend and Holiday RequirementsEmergency Department Highlights : · Self-Scheduling that helps with work / life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth· Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team· Top notch teamwork· Engaging and supportive work environmentHere’s What You Need : · Nursing Diploma required or· Associate’s Degree in Nursing required or· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred· CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required· One year experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required· One year of emergency department experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred· RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required· BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support Upon prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly and· ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire required and· CPI Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days required· PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days required· TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course within 6 months required· A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment .
