As a Virtual Customer Service Representative specializing in travel, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service experiences to travelers, assisting them with inquiries, bookings, and ensuring their travel needs are met.

- Process bookings and reservations accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds, demonstrating empathy and understanding in handling their requests
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively, ensuring a seamless travel experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry developments to provide informed assistance and recommendations to customers
Qualifications :
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to navigate computer systems and proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in processing bookings and reservations
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, work from home environment while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
